General Course Information:

Parental Consent Form (for under 18's):

When you book a course you agree that you are over 18 years of age. However, if you are under 18 (but over 16) then we can accept your booking with Parental (or Guardian) Consent. Please ensure that the following form is completed and posted to us as soon as possible after you have made your booking:

Paying by instalments:

You can now pay for your course with 3 or 4 instalments by Credit or Debit Card, Cheque or Postal Order.

Options:

1: Call us on 01525 713377. We will be happy to discuss a deposit to reserve your place and instalment payment options.

2: Download a Booking Form.

Complete the form on-screen or print out and post to us. You can then choose how and when you would like to pay, but please ensure that your last payment is dated no later than 7 days prior to your course date. As soon as we receive your completed form, by email or post, along with your first payment we will reserve your place.

3: Complete the booking form (above) and post to us with your cheque or postal order (either for the deposit or full payment).
