INTRODUCTION TO PHLEBOTOMY COURSE (GPT003H)

NATIONALLY RECOGNISED AND ACCREDITED VENEPUCTURE COURSE

Level Three (advanced), awarding 3 credits.

Awarding Body: Open College Network (OCN Credit4Learning)

A modular "hybrid" venepuncture course - eLearning (online) theory and one full day classroom based course.

On completion awards a Nationally Recognised and Accredited Certificate in Phlebotomy.

PART 1 - THEORY

Complete this part of your course online (eLearning Course) in the comfort of your own home or workplace.

Please allow one full day (approx. 8 hours in total) to complete this part of your course.

You must complete Part 1 before attending Part 2 below.

PART 2 - CLASSROOM

Attend the second day of our two day course in the classroom at the training location that you have selected.

Your classroom tutor will recap on the theory element (above) after which you will begin your practical sessions learning and developing the skills required up to the point of Live Blood Draws.
